Dear parents and students,
The School and the Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) is organising the Christmas Party 2015. It will take place on Friday 11th December from 4 pm to 8 pm at the School.
The party will include different workshops and activities. Please, include the name and the year of the children and tick the activities he/she would like to follow in the table below, one per slot time, maximum three activities per children.
Santa Claus will visit our School and children will have the opportunity to talk to him!!
Bar will be open from 4:30 to 7:30 pm.
The party has no entrance fee but each activity/workshop costs 1.5 EUR. Please, note that to avoid children bringing cash to school the tickets will be paid the day of the party.
For organisational purposes, students will need to sign up for the activities by returning this letter to his/her Teacher by 9th December.

Queridos padres y alumnos,
El Colegio y la PTA (Asociación de Padres y Profesores) están organizando la Fiesta de Navidad 2015. La fiesta tendrá lugar el viernes 11 de diciembre en el colegio de 16 a 20h.
La fiesta incluirá diferentes actividades. Por favor, incluya el nombre del niño, el curso y ponga una X en las actividades en las que le gustaría participar y que se muestran en la tabla de abajo. Se pueden elegir hasta un máximo de tres actividades, una por cada espacio horario.
¡Papá Noel vendrá a visitar el Colegio y los niños tendrán la oportunidad de hablar con él y pedirle sus regalitos!
Habrá también un bar entre las 16:30 y las 19:30h.
La fiesta no tiene coste de entrada, pero cada actividad tiene un precio de 1,5 EUR. Para evitar que los niños lleven dinero al colegio las actividades se pagarán el mismo día de la fiesta.
Para una mejor organización, les rogamos que rellenen la tabla de abajo y la entreguen al profesor con fecha límite el 9 de diciembre.
