First Children drawing contest

FIRST CHILDREN'S DRAWING CONTEST PTA
Organized by Richard Ford of St.George 's School of Seville.

• Theme: Christmas.
• Open to all school children who want it.
• Establish 4 categories:
1. Nursery and Reception
2. Year 1 and 2
3. Year 3-5
4. Year 6, 7 and 8

• There will be one winner in each category. 

• Take into account the originality, color and difficulty of execution.

• The drawings will be sent to the PTA through the suggestion box located in the lobby. In the sealed envelope should contain: the drawing of the unnamed student folio (A4) and a piece of paper specify the name of the student who made the drawing, age, grade and, if possible, an email of contact. 

• An impartial jury will be appointed to select the winners. The components of the jury will be voluntary and will not know the names of the participants. Make the selections of the drawings by the numbers choosing them that they have assigned.

• Of all the drawings received, the jury will make a first selection, so that will be 3 drawings that reach the final in each category.

• The time limit for receipt of the drawings will be December 9, 2011. 

• Drawings of the participants who reach the final will be exposed in a school established for it, from Monday to Thursday December 12 December 15.

• It will enable a box for each category of drawing (to be distinguished by color, and ballots).

When you vote, we must cast 4 votes, one for each category. Pupils may vote as can, parents, teachers, and staff of the school. 

The hours for voting will be from 15:45 to 16:30 from Monday December 12 until Thursday December 15 inclusive. A member of the PTA table will be controlling the voting polls. 

There shall be a record of the last name of everyone who cast votes, with the idea to avoid duplication.

• Winners will be announced on December 16 at the bulletin board and through the blog of the PTA, as well as by email to the student's family.

• Winners will be treated to a nice surprise gift.

• The awards will be in the auditorium after each Christmas function.

• The PTA Board will choose a picture from the 4 winners and use it as a Christmas greeting in 2011.
