Dear Parents, We call the first Annual General Meeting of the PTA to be held on Wednesday 30 November at 16.15 hours on the first call and second call 16:30 in the Auditorium of the school, with the following agenda:
1.Approval, if applicable, the Founding Act of June 20, 2011.
2.Approval, if applicable, the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Board of the November 4 in which it was agreed to change the composition of the Board. (The minutes are posted on the blog of the PTA and are attached to this email. Please read prior to that time not to use the meeting).
3. Presentation of the Executive Committee and Board.
4. Purpose, objectives and plans of action.
5. Actions taken.
6. Upcoming performances.
7. Partner: mode of association, approval and payment fee.
8. Database collaborators.
9. Communication channels.
10. Questions and suggestions.
Childcare will be offered starting at 16 hours and will be in the same room was used for the inaugural conference.
