MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF MOTHERS AND PARENTS OF RICHARD FORD St.George 'S SCHOOL OF SEVILLE.
Meeting in the Board Room of the Hotel Solúcar, in Sanlucar La Mayor, began at 17.00 hours. The meeting of the Board convened and validly incorporated under the laws of the Association, whose only agenda is:

Mr. Enrique Crespo Bocardo is represented in the Assembly by Mrs Carmen Varea Rodriguez who expressly enables and empowers the president to do so.
We report the resignation of President, Mr. Bocardo Enrique Crespo, which was accepted unanimously by the attendees.
Although not included in the agenda of the meeting, but considering that all present members of the Board and as stated in the Articles of Association, in the art. 16, paragraph 5, it was decided unanimously to adopt the following resolutions:
1. Accept the resignation of the of extracurricular activitie of Mrs. Mónica Cañón.
2. Admitting Mr. Antonio Peña Benito as a new member of the Board as a member of organizing events. He will present his candidacy at the next meeting of the General parents assembly to be passed as a resolution.
3. Define the new board, whose composition is as follows:
