In this regard it is agreed that communication is established between himself and the Secretary and President of the PTA. When the subject required the latter will be referred to the Management Secretary (Ms. Cañadas) or responsible for Administration (Ms. Carranza).

First, before entering fully into the issues to be addressed, the PTA through its President, makes known to Mr. Jones and Mr. Shallcross, the statement referred the same day the President October 3, from the Ministry of Interior and Justice, which reports that it has seen fit to register the association of mothers, fathers and teachers, "Richard Ford" St. George's School in Seville in the Andalusian Register of Associations which means that the Association in question is now legally recognized as such. The following is agreed as follows:
1. Being present at this time Mr Shallcross, he and Mr. Jones have wanted to know what the PTA aims to achieve through the curriculum area. PTA representatives only intend to communicate through this area to gather information and transmit it to answer questions that parents often have about the British and Spanish Curriculum.
Ms. Lowe has been appointed by Mr. Jones to act as a consultant to the PTA on these issues. She will contact our person responsible for curriculum, Mrs Lucia Sell, who will pose the questions that arise in this regard and that parents transmit to the PTA.
It has been suggested by the PTA have the possibility of Ms. Lowe to organize a conference on British Curriculum and Spanish, she being the speaker or the person giving it considers most appropriate for it. They also express the intention to invite her to a PTA meeting it is necessary to consider their presence, to which Mr. Jones does not object.
It is expected that Ms.Lowe and Mrs Lucia Sell will maintain their first working meeting on 4 October. Regardless of the events that the PTA can organize these curricular issue, the Department reported plans to conduct informational workshops to parents on how British curriculum addresses each of the courses and conferences also widespread reports of the British curriculum that are expected to attend Mr.Shallcross.
The PTA in these cases will broadcast a part of these events to parents through the blog and in addition, also through this means, could do surveys to collect feedback from parents regarding the organization and development of these .The results will make them reach the directorate for being considered for upcoming events.
2. While Mr Shallcross was still present, it was agreed between all attendees to take minutes of each meeting between PTA and Management. These reports shall be prepared by the secretariat, endorsed by the President and submitted to the school director for a consensus. If they were issues, the PTA consider necessary to make public to the rest of the parents, will be made through the blog of the PTA, after passing the aforementioned procedures. Before Mr. Shallcross left, PTA representatives reported that it is important that the school is aware of the difference between Sanlucar facilities and those of other schools in the same company. It insists that it is a matter of particular interest to the PTA, which echoes the views that come to them from the rest of the parents of the school. Mr. Shallcross says it is an issue that has never forgotten and will strengthen communication channels between the school and
the PTA, so that expectations , otherwise fair and reasonable for many parents, are met.
One issue which again takes in the latter part of the interview with Mr. Jones.
Mr. Shallcross says St. George's schools meet all the requirements demanded by the British Council and will be made public through the PTA blog the results of assessments to pass the school.
It is manifested by the representatives of the PTA would also be desirable that the school educational excellence was reflected in the assessments that have the Ministry and the Government of Andalusia.
It is agreed for a new meeting to present these evaluations and propose that the school is also enrolling in them.
3. Mr. Jones reported that Ms.Butler be the person in charge by the school to contact the library
responsible for the PTA, and Mr. Jones will own the responsibility for school and events. The
Secretariat of the PTA provides a list of all members and their emails so they can be contacted
easily.
4. In terms of infrastructure and equipment, the representatives of the PTA again reiterate the need to solve the problems of access to school. Mr. Jones again confirmed its serious concern over this issue. Reports back that they are holding meetings on this issue from the month of June-July this year.
They will take first the completion of the works of Aldi and then hold town hall meetings and Salesians to reach an agreement in principle to try that would yield some of the Salesians landscaped to undertake an expansion of the access road to school, so that would make parking and a walkway. Mr. Jones is confident that the Aldi works will be completed by December. It is communicated from us that the PTA will help in anyway necessary to achivethis goal.
Is also transmitted by the PTA that it has the desire to arrange a visit to the school for changes that have been undertaken to improve facilities and to report those that are pending execution. This visit would make those responsible for the infrastructure and equipment and be accompanied by the Secretary and Deputy Secretary. The PTA aims to establish a report on this visit to gather information they can convey to other parents. Mr. Jones allowed to take pictures of the new facilities to be visited to hang on the blog.
Mr. Jones has offered to be the one to guide us in this visit and provide the information requested by the PTA. It remains to specify day and time that will be communicate to the secretary and she will contact those in charge of infrastructure and equipment.
5. The school management has prepared dossiers containing, among other information, maps of all programming and courses throughout the year, and they will reach those responsible for the areas that need to carry out its functions within the PTA. These maps programming, reports Mr. Jones, will be valid for a period of several years, but naturally each year may be modified to update them. All this in response to the request was made to the school, by the PTA, at the time. It would be desirable and highly recommended that these modifications made, are communicated to those responsible for the PTA as soon as possible, to provide updated information before the next and the following school year.
The school is committed to acquiring this information each year in June before the end of the course. In this way, extracurricular activities, and related events wanted to be undertaken, PTA can prepare for the first week of September each school year and presented to those responsible for each area of the school.
This will ease for programming and publication before final end of September of each school year.
This serves the interest of the PTA to coordinate their activities so as to complement and support teaching content of each school year.
6. Management communicates the interest of the PTA to make a visit to the dining area at students lunch time. It remains to specify who would visit and communicate through the secretary Ms Cañadas to organize the visit. This visit also aims to collect information on the organization and operation of the dining room, to inform the other parents, in response to concerns that have shown a significant number of them.
7. It takes up the theme of the facilities with Mr. Jones. PTA representatives expressed the need to address that it takes account of the great faith that the parents have put into the project of the school, a faith that somehow has to assess the school. The school reports that improved facilities is a policy priority and pending meeting with the managers of the school, expected after Christmas, to finalize the next phase of execution of works. He adds that once we have the calendar will let us know for the PTA to be published in the blog itself. It is emphasized by the PTA of the need to have a decent playable basketball court t and ensure the provision of a locker room with shower, and also a tennis court. Although the PTA assumes that the tennis court is not required to teach the lessons it was scheduled for this year in Year 5, it would not hurt to have a multi/use trail and tennis court.
8. Lastly is made known by the representatives of the PTA to the headmaster the intention to make a conference that would be the opening ceremony and presentation of the PTA as such, so, likely the week of October 24 in order to use the hall of the school for this purpose, which no objection were made.
